Branded Illustrations: Send Client-Ready Quotes in One Click

Generate branded life insurance illustrations with your name, contact info, and advisor code on every page, then email the PDF to your client from Oneday Pro.

Branded Oneday Pro life insurance illustration, generated in one click and emailed to your client.

The illustration is one of the most forwarded documents in a life insurance sale. It gets opened on phones, sent to spouses, screenshotted in text threads, and read more carefully than almost anything else you send a client.

Starting today, every illustration you generate in Oneday Pro carries your name on the page, and goes from quote to your client’s inbox in one click.

No copy-paste. No third-party design tool. No exporting a PDF, dropping in your contact info, re-exporting, and writing the email by hand. The whole flow lives inside Oneday Pro.

What’s new

Inside the new Illustration builder, you fill in the prospect’s details on the left, and a fully branded preview renders on the right as you go.

Oneday Pro illustration builder, with prospect details on the left and a fully branded PDF preview on the right

Every illustration carries:

  • Your name on the Your Advisor block
  • Your email and phone number beside it
  • Oneday TPA Inc. as the issuing administrator
  • A unique illustration reference number for that prospect and date
  • Humania Assurance clearly marked as the Canadian mutual insurer underwriting the policy

The result is a quote document that reads as a piece of your marketing, not a system-generated PDF.

The flow, end to end

  1. Enter prospect name and (optional) email.
  2. Choose coverage amount, age, gender, smoking status, and term length.
  3. Oneday Pro returns live pricing for every Open Series tier the applicant qualifies for, with the best rate marked.
  4. Click Email to prospect, Save draft, or Download PDF.

If the prospect’s email is filled in, the PDF goes to their inbox with you CC’d. Leave it blank and the file downloads to you instead.

If the client comes back with “can we look at $500K instead?” or “what does 30 years look like?”, change the inputs and resend. Every illustration is dated, valid for 30 days or to the nearest age change, and tagged with a reference number so there’s no confusion about which version they’re holding.

Why this matters at the kitchen table

When you send a client a quote, the document outlives the call. It gets forwarded, saved to a phone, and pulled back up the day they finally decide to buy.

A branded illustration changes a few practical things in that window:

  • Referrals carry your contact info. When a client forwards the PDF to a spouse, sibling, or coworker, your email and phone go with it.
  • Follow-ups have an anchor. When the client reopens the document a week later, they know who sent it.
  • Comparisons get easier. The product, the term, the monthly and annual premium, and the carrier all live on one page in the Oneday Pro design system.
  • The quote stays current. A reference number and a Prepared on date make it clear which version is the live one.

Built on top of Oneday Pro 2.0

Branded illustrations slot into the rest of Oneday Pro and the Open Series: quotes in seconds, a simple Yes / No questionnaire that places the applicant in the highest tier they qualify for, full visibility on every case, and now a quote document that carries your name the moment it leaves the platform.

Less manual work. More time on the conversations that move a case forward.
